Rentals range from 1 to 24 months, depending on your preferences: studio, shared flat, room in a private home, etc. If you do not have a guarantor living in France, Studapart will act as your guarantor for the duration of the rental.

In addition to the student residences available in Angers, our students can choose to live with a private individual. A file of contacts is available to help them in their search for accommodation. This file is updated every year and can be sent by e-mail on request to accueil@eseo.fr
Financing student accommodation in Angers
The ESEO group can provide students in Angers with an advance on the security deposit (0% interest loan with no administration fees) thanks to Action Logement. Other assistance is also available from the CAF and CROUS.
