MSCA DN iSENSE European Project : In-Situ Monitoring of Electromagnetic Interference
The PhD work focuses on detecting noise generated by electromagnetic interference (EMI) in integrated circuits. The objective is to design fast, robust, area-efficient, and adaptive noise sensors capable of detecting and characterizing noise originating from both radiated and conducted EMI. Advanced process design kits will be used to design and fabricate the sensor.
