Lean Management is a method that aims to achieve operational excellence by eliminating unnecessary costs and limiting the waste of resources.
The “Green Belt Lean 5.0” training course at ESEO is aimed at all supervisors, local managers and technicians in industry.
The course lasts 10 days over 5 months and is run by experts in Lean Management. It gives participants the opportunity to try out what they have learned in a realistic working environment, using a practical and fun approach.
